Tim Dixon
Partner & Czar of Creativity and Chaos
Tim has been serving organizations since 1987 by designing and facilitating organizational experiential learning programs. His creative workshop designs have taken him across North and South America, Europe and Asia to deliver dynamic programs and processes for many progressive organizations. His focus is experiential training, often creating programs that are fun and action-based. Tim believes that unless you are able to make a direct transfer to the work environment, then the experience did not achieve its full impact.
After my initial meeting with Tim regarding the activity and the way he collected information from us, I knew you would organize a great event, I was excited about this activity and by the end was more than pleased. It was more than I expected. Thank you for your professionalism and your expertise.

Tom Bowes
Partner & Prime Minister of Chaordic Possibilities
Tom started his corporate career in Sales and Marketing for IBM and went on to work with smaller organizations in the technology industry. Over this fifteen year period Tom became aware that organizations, regardless of their size and of their "fiscal performance", needed to develop leaders who inspire individuals to work and relate together more effectively. This awareness spawned the creation of InCourage in early 1997 with the vision of developing a regenerated workplace, where people find the courage to raise their performance while creating new ways to do business.
His primary role is to establish the strategic direction for InCourage and ultimately ensure that we meet and exceed our clients expectations. His marketing responsibilities also ensure that we have enough client expectations to meet!
I am a believer in the coaching experience. It takes a dedicated coach and Tom Bowes exemplifies this. Just the right balance of listening and challenging made my experience one I will take with me for a lifetime.
-National Sales Director
He also offers himself as an executive coach alongside other coaches whose values are consistent with InCourage's. He is a graduate of Coach University.

Peter Bailey
Partner & Captain of Order and Reason
Peter keeps us on the ropes. He serves our clients by creating and facilitating a wide variety of experiential and unique programs. His mandate has been to create engaging and intense experiences that reflect specific business issues. Recent examples include strategic planning on sailboats in the British Virgin Islands, role clarification on a dude ranch in Wyoming, goal setting on the dunes in Cape Cod, and team effectiveness in the everglades of Florida.
It was great. I've never done anything like this before and will highly recommend to others! Thank you Peter & Dave.

Inspirational Leaders through Coaching
We believe it takes courage to live and lead authentically. The typical business mindset though tends to focus on what we do, instead of who we are. Your job performance however, cannot be separated from your personal story or from your life outside of work.
