Since 1997 InCourage has been developing and delivering innovative, engaging experiential learning processes and executive coaching services.  These could range from a half-day teambuilding initiative that complements the agenda of your off-site to executing a custom designed learning strategy over the course of the year.  Every engagement is customized to your situation and needs.  We are not a training company that instructs people.  We are a learning company that works with the wisdom already in the room.
