Learning Processes

Since 1997 InCourage been developing and delivering innovative, engaging experiential learning processes and executive coaching services.  These could range from a half-day teambuilding initiative that complements the agenda of your off-site to executing a custom designed learning strategy over the course of the year.  Every engagement is customized to your situation and needs.  We are not a training company that instructs people.  We are a learning company that works with the wisdom already in the room. Assessments

There are a myriad of team, leader and cultural assessments that many companies have invested in.  Though the following are our favorites – we have, and will continue to work with yours if desired.  Regardless, other than stakeholder interviews, we do not make our living from assessment tools – we just integrate them into the learning process. Facilitation

You have an upcoming Planning Session or Executive retreat and you want to create a process that will ensure the meeting is focused and obtains results. Our experience of working with clients to plan and then facilitate an agenda, whether a half-day "project debrief" or five-day "strategic planning" off-site, will ensure you are clear on your desired outcomes.
