InCourage participates in many off-site events that include
motivational speakers. In fact, we have worked with speakers to keep the
proper flow throughout the event. We also have our own speakers to offer
that can increase the impact of the message you are conveying to your
organization.

Tom Bowes
Tom started his twenty-year corporate career in the high technology industry
within corporate Canada. Over this time Tom came to the rising awareness
of how organizations, regardless of their size and of their "performance",
needed to develop courageous leaders who inspired others and individuals
who could work and relate together more effectively. This awareness spawned
the idea to start InCourage in early 1997 with the vision of generating
the courage in individuals to sustain performance for organizations.
The learning programs developed by InCourage help people stretch their
personal comfort zones to: apply one’s natural talents to accomplish
what might seem out of reach; to trust each other by collaborating and
understanding each other; to make bold decisions when we do not have all
the information; and provide meaning to one’s work by staying true
to what is important. Tom has also recently initiated the InCourage Leadership
Coaching program and works as an executive coach alongside other coaches
whose values are consistent with InCourage's.
Tom is currently writing a book on “rational” courage and
is speaking to organizations about how to apply our most profound virtue
at work.
