In 2003 InCourage found a need to provide Event Planners, DMC's and Venues with specific information to enhance corporate events. Christy Deere has been responsible for providing proposals, staging information and relationship development for this specific client group.

Christy is serving the Meeting and Event Planning community by informing them about how we can partner to provide teambuilding solutions for corporate offsite meetings. Christy’s ten years experience in the hospitality industry will also serve the partnerships that we have with the hotels and resorts that our client’s select for their off-sites. She recently completed her internship for facilitation of experiential learning programs in California. Together with her desire to bring about a change in corporate life and her enthusiasm to help her clients she will be an invaluable resource to InCourage and our clients.
