October 4th, 2011 Experiencepoint Showcase

By webeditor - Posted on 07 September 2011

On the morning of October 4, 2011 InCourage will be showcasing the new ExperiencePoint simulations that assist organizations in developing innovative change strategies, at the Kingbridge Conference Centre and Institute (ten minutes North of the 407&400).

We will be showing you SkyTech, a simulation that challenges your team to build and execute a Corporate Social Responsibility strategy; and Design Thinker, a simulation that challenges your team to think innovatively in designing and implementing a sustainability strategy.  In addition to showcasing these award-winning simulations, Dave Robitaille, Director of Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs for IBM Canada will share the incredible story of their Corporate Social Responsibility programs, and the impact it is having on IBM's transformational success.  His story needs to be heard!

While the theme of this showcase is around Corporate Citizenship, please note that the simulations we are showcasing are relevant for any change initiative. Design Thinker is about driving innovative change - introducing the process creating the WHAT to change; whereas the HOW to change, in terms of implementing a change process is the world of the ExperienceChange sim, which includes SkyTech.

The cost for attending this session is $145 and includes a sumptuous lunch (and if you've been to the Kingbridge Centre, you know what I mean!).  All proceeds of this event go to the Cerebral Palsy Support Foundation of Canada.

Please register online here. Seating will be limited to 20 participants, so register soon!
