The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® The MBTI® instrument is the most widely used personality inventory in the world. It offers individuals and groups an opportunity for an in-depth, yet understandable way to become aware of personal preferences that drive behaviour. This instrument provides key insights into how we take in information and give it meaning, how we make decisions, judgments and take action, where we find our source of personal energy and how we prefer to interact with the outer world.

The MBTI® inventory is used:

  • for personal growth and knowledge
  • to improve work and personal relationships
  • to increase personal and organizational productivity
  • to identify leadership and interpersonal communication preferences

MBTI® and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® are registered trademarks of Consulting Psychological Press Inc.

Insights®

Insights® Into Personal Effectiveness is a full day learning and development experience that is fun, interactive and leaves participants with a language and framework for understanding themselves and others which they can put into practice immediately.

The program explores a simple model:

Insights

Using each participant's Insights Discovery Personal Profile, the program enables everyone to gain a greater awareness of their own personality, strengths and weaknesses; to identify the needs of other types of personalities and their gifts; adapt to meet interpersonal communication needs and develop more effective relationships with members of the team. The use of our four Insights color energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue create a memorable common language and framework on which participants can base their interactions with colleagues, clients and customers in the future.

The format of the program will be custom designed to meet your team’s specific learning needs and will appeal to the different Colour Energies on the team. For example:  plenty of activities for those with extraverted preferences, and opportunities for those of a more introverted nature to reflect and analyze the events and data that are being presented.

Denison Culture Survey® learn to put words around the culture of your organization and gain insights to the gap between where it is and what the vision says it should be.  The Denison Model is the result of fifteen years of research by Dr. Daniel Denison, formerly of the University of Michigan Business School, and currently Professor of Organizational Development at IMD - International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, on the link between organizational culture and bottom-line performance measures such as return on investment, sales growth, quality, innovation and employee satisfaction. The model is the basis for two diagnostic surveys, the Organizational Culture Survey and the Leadership Development Survey, developed by Daniel R. Denison and William S. Neale which have been used by over 500 organizations worldwide.
