Saving Free Market Capitalism from Itself

an article by Tom Bowes

This essay draws attention to how the noble idea of capitalism has morphed into something that is lowering our standard of life (at the very least), or perhaps destroying ourselves (at worst).  It also attempts to reframe the idea of capitalism into something more sustainable for us all.

InCourage Changes & New Faces

We are delighted to announce two new people to the InCourage team.  Michelle Squarchiotta is our new Director of Sales.  Her responsibilities will be to focus on your needs as our customer, by guiding you to how InCourage can assist in building your teams to be effective, your leaders to be inspirational and your organization to be more sustainable.   Michelle is assuming the Account Management role that previously existed for Lorne Brown and Dave Dawe.  Lorne will now focus on coaching and the Leadership Development stream of InCourage offerings and Dave, as it turns out, is leaving us in July for a year long sailing adventure with his family. We are all saddened and envious at the same time! Kathy Kaye (among others) will fill the facilitation gap that Dave leaves behind.  The other new face is Julie McGillivray who will be in the back office taking care of the details of running successful learning programs and the operation of InCourage.  It is a bit odd have someone new tell us where to go and what to do, but Julie is sweet about it at least.

In order to serve you the best way we can, we believe strongly in having people do the work that reflects their natural talent (their “genius”) and gives them professional gratification – and all these changes reflect that.
