As
part of the InCourage Sustainability Plan, InCourage is committed to operate
our business carbon-free and to give at least 1% of our revenue back to
the community. We use a percentage of revenue because decisions can always
be made to impact what profit will be at the end of the year. We support
the following organizations:

InCourage facilitators often need to travel by air to do
our work. There is little else that actually cause more harm to the environment
than flying. We offset every flight we take using this organizations. We
incourage you to as well, it does not cost as
much as you think! |

We have little choice but to heat and cool our office and,
of course, keep the lights on and our electronic equipment powered. We do,
however, have a choice of how we purchase that power, and we do that with
Bullfrog Power. They put power into the grid using wind and other very low
emissions means. We incourage you to as well,
it does not cost as much as you think! |

This is a local, (North West of Toronto) environmental,
non-profit, organic farm and educational centre that promotes sustainable
living. Their expertise range from building “green” straw-bale
housing to buying and growing local and organic produce. |

Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation
|
For years now, InCourage has supported
research to find the cure for Breast Cancer, a disease that always seems
to have affected “some one we know”.
