InCourage Coaches

Tom Bowes, Partner & Prime Minister of Chaordic Possibilities/Coach

Tom initiated the InCourage Leadership Coaching process over six years ago mainly to complement the in-tact executive team learning programs InCourage has become famous for. The InCourage coaching offering has evolved over time to complement new programs that have been developed and talent that has been added along the way.
He continues to offer himself as an executive coach alongside other coaches whose values are consistent with InCourage's. He ‘graduated’ from Coach University in 2001 and has been coaching formally since then. Before starting InCourage in 1997, Tom’s fifteen-year corporate career was focused on Sales and Marketing in the information technology industry. Over this time Tom became aware that organizations, regardless of their size and of their "performance", needed to develop leaders who inspire others and inspire individuals to work and relate together more effectively. This awareness spawned the creation of InCourage with the vision of making organizational life more meaningful.
Tom’s work is meaningful for him when he sees people in organizations applying their courage, however that may manifest in an individual.  His style is unstructured, every client is different and has different needs so ‘formulaic step-by-step approaches’ are rarely offered. His methodology is inside-out – a journey that starts with the necessary critical self-examination to focus on what you really want.
